Among the problems targeted individials encounter–as if gangstalking, DEW attacks, financial sabotage etc are not enough–is access to higher education. It has been my experience that a lot is done to deny them the financial aid $$ they are otherwise qualified for/entitled to. Keeping TIs dirt poor is a major part of the targeting scheme.
I moved to NYC in late January 2024 from Houston Texas and sometime in March, I made an application to Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn for the Fall semester. I figured that would give me enough time to comply with the admission requirements(don’t start until September).
Sadly, I never got ANY response from the college’s admissions office, which is quite unusual for a college application. Usually they will respond telling you the additional steps you need to take re admission. Here, there has been zero response since I applied, something I intend to get to the bottom of.
I have called the admissions office several times after more than a month elapsed, but they all strangely went to voicemail–also very strange indeed for a college.
On a chance call on Wednesday 06/12/24 at approximately 4:30p, I finally got through and spoke to someone in the admissions office. When I asked why I had never received a response to my application, she said it was because I had not submitted my transcripts from previous schools(not a satisfactory answer). She also said, which I found shocking, that I had not paid the $70 application fee–that I had deferred payment–or something to that effect. That one I found quite shocking because the whole reason why I was inquiring about my application was because I had paid $70 for it. How does an admission office not know that an applicant has paid the application fee? You must admit that’s weird.
So you ask, “This is weird, but why exactly is it a post on ‘gangstalking chronicles’? What does this have to do with gangstalking/targeted individuals(TIs)?” Well, believe it or not, a major part of the targeting program involves keeping the TI dirt poor–destitute. My enrollment at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, which should NOT even require college transcripts, opens up an easy source of funds for me(financial aid). I can guarantee you that’s why these weird occurrences with my application happened–zero response, not knowing if I made a payment etc. Many TIs report similar problems at institutions of higher learning, which is why I intend to demand answers and post the responses here.
Stay tuned as we dig deeper into Kingsborough College application-gate. Is this just another case of an attempt to pretextually deny a TI college admission, so he doesn’t get his hands on financial aid $$? Hmm. We report, you decide.
It cannot also be left unsaid that TIs have long complained about being “handled off the grid”, or having their records processed through alternate channels. Some even go as far as saying they are handled by a shadow government, which is why their complaints are never covered by the mainstream press or investigated by law enforcement. Was my $70 application fee “lost” in the “off grid” system, which is why KCC admissions has no record of it?😂Nothing else makes sense.
And before you dismiss these “off grid” allegations as utterly ludicrous, I would like to point you to the recent high profile case of Robert Card, who many consider a TI. Even after extensive reports of his mental health problems while at the Army, nobody in the mainstream media seems able to get their hands on his actual medical records, when they look at places where such records would ordinarily be available. Why is that? Were they destroyed? If so, by who?😳
Bottom line folks, Kingsborough College application-gate not only raises questions of attempted financial sabotage, but also raises further questions about this alleged “off grid” handling of TIs. I’m very interested to know how someone can fill out a college application online, pay the application fee, only for the admission office not to have a record of the payment. Also why was there zero response for months? Stay tuned, folks. We report, you decide.
***Update on KCC Gate as of 07/17/24***
I have since been in contact with KCC’s HEAD of Admissions, one Erica Levy, regarding this issue. My last communication with her was this July 10 email, where I even attached a bank transaction showing I made the $70 application way back in April 15th, plus confirmation from Lee College that they had sent my transcripts.
I’ve also sent emails to the admissions office address that Erica gave me but zero response. As of 07/17/24, my KCC portal still shows that I haven’t paid $70 nor submitted my college transcripts. Phone calls to the admissions office go unanswered. How weird is that?😳
And then on 07/17/24, a cointelpro-filled day😂, I get this email telling me basically to forget the Fall semester and apply for Spring 2025 instead😳. What is REALLY going on with KCC Admissions, folks? Is it time to run to federal court?😂🤷♀️
So here’s an update on KCC gate. I figured(wisely), that rather than run to federal court or any other outside agency about my experience applying at KCC, it would be wise to file some type of complaint with the school itself and seek an answer first. Trust me, I know a thing or two about how federal lawsuits work. They are big on “exhausting administrative remedies”–basically, use all the available complaint mechanisms before running to court. So I looked at the KCC page and found a link to the complaints section. I fashioned it as a discrimination complaint. This👇was the result of that–basically screw you, go beg the admissions office for your application fee🙄
Good thing is, now we are free to seek redress elsewhere. Stay tuned for more updates

I found out the hard way after they had blocked my disability funds of $3500.00 a month that I had been paying into An American Insurance Policy through my work since 2014. They also love to target the minority groups, including myself being of Native American Indian-half, with the other half being German and Irish. Good luck gaining control of your cell antenna’s as they use radio frequencies to gain access to EVERYTHING!
They have complete control of your cell phone antennas to start with, along with Microsoft’s antennas as well. They love to use Advertising Agencies to gain backdoor access to Admin Privileges to your cell phones as well.
They have control over what you see/receive/text/send/phone calls/voicemails/emails/every interaction online. You probably were deepfaked by the phone call as they seen it the only way to get you to try and give up on going to school. They want you isolated so as to amp up the torture tactics, like guiding solar wind particles towards your home or geo location- as they love to use the 4,500 or more satellites in orbit to gain access to them. Hence the REAL REASON FOR THE ORIGINAL SOLAR WIND HACK. They also have access to DARPA and Harp, and everything listed in the Wiki Leaks Vaults 7 & 8, as I personally have seen them in my iPhone analytics. Your cell phone is being forwarded to their femtocells mesh system mainly comprised of Gle 2,0, 3.0,4.0 Analog digital, they love to hop Antennas from your cell phones and anyone around it, including vehicles and their radio antennas/satellite fins, and then move into Truckers CB’s/Ham Radio’s so as to have a VERY WIDE LONG RANGE OF AREA COVERAGE. I have also seen the long range walkie-talkies that they purchased and upgraded them to operate just like the ones in a war battlefield, long range yet again.
Most of your emails are more than likely sitting in drafts as they were never sent. They will deepfake any call to your cell phone carriers, soft reset your phone to look and act normal for when it’s geo proximity location goes into safe areas, like Apple, AT&T. Police Stations, etc… You will have stopped receiving most notifications of your emails or replies, text messages- which love to act like you and impersonate you sending off the text messages to those closest to you. They will gain access to your car the same way especially if it is newer. Gained access through Radio Frequency Waves and if you plug your phone or computer into those, then your are screwed, as well as the key fob, garage door opener, security cameras everything uses RADIO FREQUENCIES AND NOBODY IS SAFE FROM THESE ATTACKS. You more than likely also know who is doing this to you.
I have seen recruiting websites on the dark web that you are blocked from getting into, and absolutely nobody else will let you use their computer or cell phone to gain access to get on the dark web! Good luck with that.
But there is a much more darker and sinister secret/s that come with these military weapons being used on the victims. Hopefully 60 minutes will get the truth about Havana Syndrome/Targeted Individuals (whom were wrongly added to a domestic terrorist list for these people to use against us). So, they need the gang stalkers to handle one phase of Crowd Control-while our Government releases false reports to the press of “Anomalous Health Incidents” which is CLEARLY MOCKING THE TARGETED INDIVIDUALS- knowing FULLY THE COVID-19 Exposure Application that they forced to be uploaded into everyone’s phones without their consent, ACTIVELY DETECTS THESE SO CALLED ANOMALIES. All of which is purely fact based claims written here with the necessary documentation to prove these claims, to multiple press agencies for near future airing. That our GOVERNMENT HAS LIED IN FACT ABOUT ALL OF IT. Nobody is brave enough, they lack the courage to stand up for what is right and what is wrong, they are cowards with promises of protection and a portion of the monetary gains- as they have special website auctions to resell the “Assets” gained through their activities, yet again for monetary purposes. They are home and vehicle car Title Theifs just for this crypto currency purpose- the OVERALL BIG PICTURE OF CRYPTO CURRENCY FOR EVERYONE- is that they HAVE FULL MINORITY REPORTS ON EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING. That means no cash- that EVERYTHING IS ELECTRONICALLY COMMUNICATED FOR WHAT USED TO BE CASH DEALS – no privacy purchases for anyone. They will know where you are at at all times. Except these hackers/GangStalkers, know how to manipulate your geo location, when and where your cell phone pings off of what towers, they are able to overwrite time stamps and anything else they want to set you up for – while they tape and pillage everything they can.
That’s the first phase. What happens next is SCARY AS SHIT BECAUSE IT WILL MORE THAN LIKELY RESULT IN A HUGE CIVILIAN CASUALTIES EVERYWHERE. This is done by bringing down the insurance groups first, after fake inflation, they need to shut down insurance companies through natural disasters, which a lot of them have already started to stop coverage against hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, hail damage, tornadoes, etc… Once they have that stage complete then they go after Big Pharma-which you are starting to see a lack of medications and shortages in baby formula. Next, they will shut down power grids by telling you hackers by foreign state actors and they infiltrated our water treatment plants, nuclear power plants, or AI had been part of the culprit when in FACT IT IS OUR GOVERNMENT – They HAVE TO PUT RHE FEAR OF EVERYONE LOSING CONTRIL VIA HACKERS – but after they cut off food and medical supplies, insurance companies, power and water plants. They will then tell us that they must shut down the internet to gain control of the “State Affiliated” Hackers. They have to put fear and panic in everyone to do this. Once that stage is completed, then they will convince everyone that you must trust their system is hack proof and possibly get chipped- that’s to be determined as of yet, but more than likely if you want hackproof access to your paychecks. Fun huh?! But this is DEFINITELY WHERE THIS IS HEADED- which Havana Syndrome was the test and then they came up with recruiting these stalkers and give them some privileges and pay them well, without consequences. If the overall general public does not self educate and remain to stay ignorant to their “Wag the Dog” tactics being used since the early 1900’s. Except this time there are some pretty big fish out there that are running this. I’ve only come across a handful of these fish, with circumstantial and undeniable evidence that this is what is happening and building EVERYONES MINORITY REPORTS.
