Very interesting development on Saturday 02/08. I had class (on campus) at 9 am so I left at about 8:15 am to catch a bus to campus. I had my phones(2) all charged up plus the two portable chargers– I carry with me always.I remember my phone was charging perfectly when I boarded the Q30 bus. Like I said earlier, I also had an extra fully charged portable charger.
As I boarded the Q30 bus(little York), I turned off my iphone and pretty much stayed on my android phone while riding.
I also remember my son texting me on the iphone before I boarded the bus. I figured I’d respond to his text while I was settled in class.
So I get to class and pick a spot on one of the computers so I can charge my iphone. They had a wall plugin next to the PCs so I figured it was best to use that to recharge my iphone while saving my portable charger.
For some reason, even though I had the charger on the wall outlet, my phone would not even turn on. Zero charging at all.😳So I said, let me try charging using my portable chargers. Guess what, BOTH of them were EMPTY😳.
So basically between the bus ride to school, BOTH my chargers were EMPTY, and my phone would not even charge when connected to a wall outlet. What kind of MKULTRA subproject have they got me on?😂 All this happened between the time I got on the bus, to the time I got in class. No way both portable chargers would be zero, unless emptied😳
Remember the refrain from targeted individuals: Part of the harassment comes from infragard thugs, who constantly mess with their electronic devices. Is that what happened here? Hmm 🤔
So before I left campus, I stopped by the library just to see if my iphone would charge there. It did not. Zero😳. So I used the same wall outlet to charge my android phone and that one worked. So somebody clearly attacked my iphone, or at the very least the charging cable–happens a lot. TIs are ALWAYS shopping for chargers🙄
I could have tested that theory but the portable chargers are dead too so I just have to wait till I get home to use my kids’ cables. SAD, but I must admit, not surprised at all.
I wonder how they ruin the charging cables? Do they fry them using…😳 Happens a whole lot, is all I’m saying 🤷
I got home at about 3 pm. The first thing I did was use my portable charger on my kids’ phones. Interesting the chargers were working just fine on my kids’ phones–they were not empty as I had thought😳Turns out my phone was the problem–as in broken😳
What a “coincidence”? Financial aid hit and just like that, “emergency” bill.,🙄 See how TIs stay broke? 😂
So from the time I got on the bus to the time I got to school, my perfectly normal phone had suffered a catastrophic failure. The good thing is I had been planning on getting a new phone that very weekend with some of the financial aid $$. Just found it very interesting that that’s the very day my phone died. Was it “killed”? Hmm
Anyway I visited the nearest Boost Mobile store and got a newer and better iphone for about $300. A few days into the new phone and I can arrest that it’s totally worth the investment. I even thank Deep State for whatever they did to the other one because knowing myself, I probably would STILL be clinging on to it despite its myriad problems. I’m kind of a hoarder.😂
I also found out something quite interesting about iPhones that afternoon(my old a$$😂). So as I was fidgeting with my new phone, I told my teenage son that I hung onto the old phone that long because I had pictures/videos there that I didn’t want to lose. He looked at me sideways and said, “They have cloud storage now, dad. All your backed up documents from the old phone just move on to this new one once you log into your iCloud.”
What? I couldn’t believe what I just heard so I logged into my iCloud on the new phone and boom–all the documents from my super old dead phone started popping up.😳 My old a$$ was having a “landing on the Moon”moment.😂 All this time I was thinking I would have to fix the other phone to get it to turn on, then MANUALLY transfer files to the new one.😂
Long story short, what was shaping up to be a very crappy Saturday actually ended up very well with me getting a super reliable phone.
It will be interesting to see how long Deep State crooks allow me to enjoy my new phone before they start attacking it with…Peg…🙄
At least now I know that I can always just do a reinstall and get all my backed up documents. I don’t have to carry on with a virus-filled iphone that even gives you the wrong GPS info🤦😂
So Tuesday 01/14/25 I took a day off to go take care of a very important registration appointment I had at Queenborough Community College(QCC). The appointment was scheduled for 1 pm. I got there relatively easily because there’s a bus Q30 that literally drops you at QCC’s doorstep (that’s the final stop-can’t miss it). I reflexively prefer using the subway system which showed more than an hour’s travel time as opposed to the bus option (only 37 minutes).
So I got to QCC, and made my way to the Library where my appointment was supposed to take place. Pretty decent school per my first impression. Ended up registering for 2 courses for Spring 2025 for a total of 6 credit hours. Nice and smooth. I even got to speak with the financial aid office which assured me that everything was OK on my end and that I just needed to wait for a few days for the system to “update”. Importantly, the tests that I thought I was supposed to take inorder to get NY state financial aid were waived, so I didn’t have to take time off work to do the tests.
So I finished everything and got on the Q30 bus headed back home. As I was patting myself on my back for a job well done while riding Q30 back home, BOOM, here comes this email telling me I’m on “final notice” for missing work without putting in the proper time off requests🙄. I guess I was having too much fun that day. Somebody had to kill the fun😂
Also interestingly, the time stamp on the email showed 12:47 pm, meaning it was sent as I was at QCC waiting for my appointment. I have to explain why this is important
It has been my experience, time and time again while I was in Texas that school enrollment is one of the biggest triggering factor for the targeters/saboteurs. As a matter of fact if you review my life in Texas since 1999, you’ll find out that it basically boils down to a pattern/cycle of me getting beat down by the saboteurs, picking myself up, putting myself back in school(my natural habitat), only for some “unseen disaster” to knock me out of school.
In Texas, and especially in Houston, transportation is everything. You have to have a car to survive–go to work, school, run errands. There is public transportation, but you cannot rely on it–not by a long stretch. Simply put, public transportation sucks in Houston. Importantly, buses don’t even go/aren’t allowed to go into areas where most jobs are located.👎
So needless to say, what would happen would be me getting myself into some school, beginning classes and then BOOM–engine failure🙄😂, or better yet, some traffic warrant from a year ago.🙄😂
Anyway, back to story at hand. It became apparent to me throughout my stay in Texas (2+ decades) that the surest way for my car to break down or to be arrested over some super old traffic warrant, or to be pretextually fired from a job, or laid off…was when I was enrolled in school and taking classes. Somebody at Deep State clearly doesn’t want me to attend school. That is why the “final notice” email received while at QCC was very interesting. You get it now? 🤔
It’s also why even though my schedule clearly showed that I was off on Wednesday(I usually work Wednesdays, I HAD TO go in and verify that I was actually off, instead of just sitting there and going by what the app says. Remember, I’m registered for school now. This is when they strike, so a TI has to sleep with eyes open.😂 I have to admit that my circumstances in NYC are much different than they were in Houston, Chief among them, that I DON’T NEED a car to commute to and from work or school. Thank God for NYC transit system.🙏😂. It will be hard for Deep State to knock me out of school this time but make no mistake about, an effort will be made. Stay tuned for some financial aid shenanigans, for that’s the ONLY hurdle left between this TI and attending college.😂
Long story short, I reached an important milestone in my NYC stay with my registration into QCC. A much better experience than the one I had in the Fall semester with Kingsborough Community College(KCC)🙄. Make no mistake about it, none of the stuff re KCC registration was happenstance.
So on Wednesday 01/15, after running around town(day off), I got home at about 5 pm. It was super cold so I didn’t want to stay out too long. After I settled in, I decided to check my email to see if there had been any new developments re QCC, and especially financial aid. I opened up my email and BOOM, there was one QCC Testing saying I needed to URGENTLY schedule an appointment for an on-campus “TAP Test” which is a mandatory requirement for NY state financial aid–you can’t make this stuff.😂
On Tuesday 01/14 when I went in for my registration appointment, I knew that I needed these tests so my plan was to take care of the registration and then go schedule this test and if possible, take them the next day (Wednesday) because for some strange reason, I was off that day–I usually work on Wednesdays.
So I ask the guy doing the registration where on campus i can go inquire about these tests. He told me I DID NOT need the tests–that they had been waived.😳Now who’s a targeted individual supposed to believe? Why would he tell me I don’t need the tests when it clearly appears that I do? Did he deliberately mislead me or was this just an innocent mistake. Oh, and another thing, when I first walked into his office, he asked me if I had just tried to reschedule my appointment from 01/14 to a later date. He said that’s what it showed on his system.😳I never did any such thing. How weird is that?
Anyway Thursday Morning (01/16) I called the testing office and was told that I did indeed need to take the TAP tests🙄. The earliest appointment I could get is Thursday 01/23–my workday, which means I will have to risk getting fire AGAIN🤦. School officially starts on 01/25 so I don’t know if the financial aid will kick in in time to allow me to attend.🙄Stay tuned, folks
**A very important correction re QCC incident**On Thursday 01/16 as I was headed home from work, I received a call from someone at QCC testing–sounded like a higher up–super professional & courteous lady.😂 I’d shot them an email that morning before heading to work that was, let’s just say, “unnice”.😂 She told me that I needed to take the TAP test which is strictly administered for those seeking NY state financial aid–a supplement for the federal student aid. Importantly, she told me that her guess was that the advisor who registered me, was talking about the ESL (English as a Second Language) tests, which I was exempt from. In other words, there was a miscommunication between me and the advisor. He correctly told me I was exempt from ESL, but I mistook those to mean the TAP tests. So unlike you, who never admits when you are wrong😂, I have to put in this disclaimer saying I may have misunderstood the advisor. He did not deliberately mislead me. Or was he just super slick about it, you know, did it with some baked in…wait for it…plausible deniability?😳 Hmm
Also on my way home, some super great news. I logged into the QCC portal to check the status of my financial aid–I check it every 10 minutes😂–and BOOM, looks like some federal financial aid $$ have already posted to my account. I WILL be attending QCC in Spring 2025.🍻🎉All I have to do now is ACE the TAP tests and get some MORE $$ in NY state financial aid. Boy, I should have ditched Texas for NYC a long time ago.😂 In Texas I got nervous every time financial aid funds hit the bank because that’s when the car engine always “remembered” it had huge problems.😂🙄 Oh, and the tires got flat every week. Deep State, folks🤦
So Thursday 01/24 I went in and took the scheduled TAP tests at QCC(relax, I didn’t just willy nilly skip work. I had a scheduled day off😂). The reading and writing part of the test were kinda challenging but the arithmetics part was a cake walk, at least to me🤷. I was done with the testing by 2pm, which was kinda fast, given the curator’s plea that we try to finish before 5pm. I passed all the three tests(what did you expect?😂) and given the curator’s facial expression as he was giving me my results, it was clear he was witnessing something “different”. He told me that was excellent meaning after all these years, Yours Truly, the old geyser, STILL got it.😂
Anyway, so I was pretty much set as far as NY state financial aid is concerned. The financial aid office told me all I had to do after passing the test was to formally apply for the aid via a NY state website they gave me. They told me my federal aid had already posted on my account and that all I had to do now was set up my direct deposit and expect the refund on or about 02/07.👍I took care of all that.
So everything is going great on the school front and especially financial aid BUT BUT BUT, as I was doing my NY state financial aid application, I realized that I may NOT be eligible for NY state aid yet, and here’s why.
The rule is that one has to be a NY state resident A YEAR (12 months) prior to applying for state financial aid. I’ve been in NY for exactly one year(came in mid January 2024), so one would think I barely made the residency requirement. However, when filling out the state application, they are asking for the 2022 tax return which would suggest that the “one year prior” condition means one year prior to the 2024-2025 academic year. The 2024-2025 academic year began in Fall(September 2024), which means I would have to have been a NY resident in September 2023.😳
I went and put in the application anyway but I’m not really banking on it. If any questions arise re residency I’ll just withdraw the application and wait for Fall 2025. I already have enough in federal loans to cover my tuition. We don’t want to give the Deep State any chances for “A ha”/gotcha moments😂.
The financial aid guy also asked me why I never got any Pell grants. I think I’m maxed out but I’m not sure. He told me to look into it just to make sure I’m not missing out on “free money”. My kind of guy.😂
So I had my first official QCC class on Tuesday 01/28. Yay. It was an online(zoom) computer class which has a lab component on Thursdays at the same time. I had tried to arrange classes after 6pm given the fact that both Tuesday and Thursday are my working days but 6pm is the latest I was offered.
I should be able to get off work in time to make both classes BUT, you already know what happens with TIs.😂 Quite frankly I was even surprised I made it to Tuesday’s class in time. I was fully expecting to be given the most difficult routes that afternoon. I got lucky on Tuesday, but I’m not sure about today(Thursday).
Good thing is that I’m officially registered for two classes and the disbursement date is right around the corner 02/03. The other class is on Saturday, so I don’t have to worry about workplace drama with that one.😂 Usually, if you are a no-show for two consecutive classes, the professor can knock you off the class, and that will interfere with your financial aid. At least that’s how it was in Texas.
Interestingly, the Spring semester officially began on 01/25, which was a Saturday. I did not expect my Saturday class to be held on the first day(my dumb a$$). I just found out via my notifications that I did indeed miss that class. Luckily I don’t have to work this coming Saturday so I can’t miss the coming one. It would have been a mess if this was also a Tuesday & Thursday class. You KNOW I’d have left the job at 9pm tired and confused.😂
Long story short, everything appears to have checked out perfectly re QCC College. Only question now is how QCC will play with my job. I think you know by now, or should know that I value QCC more than the job. If there’s no harmony between the two, some tough decisions will have to be made this February. I’m already looking at other job opportunities that may line up with my academic interests in case the Amazon job doesn’t pan out. We’re going to do it different in NYC. I don’t intend to let any “emergency” bump me off school. You know “emergencies” are about to pop up, especially related to the job.😂🙄
So as of Thursday 02/06, everything appears to have checked out pretty good re QCC– I have settled pretty well into the classes and the financial aid $$ has been disbursed–applied towards my tuition charges. All I’m waiting for now is for the refund to hit my bank account. The disbursement was posted on 02/04 so any day now, the refund should be hitting the bank. I could have sworn the financial aid staff told me to expect it by 02/07, which would be tomorrow(Friday).
So like I said everything has checked out pretty well(even the new food stamps came through–no theft yet😂). There’s a BUT to the whole story though–you know how that goes with targeted individuals–always some Deep State chicanery going on😂
So here is the “BUT”. On my first day of school, which was Tuesday 02/28, a lot of things went down. It was just one of those days. I wrote a separate post just for 02/28😂.
Among the things that happened that morning as I was getting ready to go to work, was that I transferred some money ($25) from my Apple Cash account to the same debit card I’ve designated for my QCC direct deposit. My plan was to deposit the $25 and then stop at a Deli on my way to work to withdraw $15 or even $20 from the ATM on my way to work– I’m old school, I prefer cash😂
I do the Apple Cash transactions very often with no problems, especially as I’m getting ready to go to work–money for coffee, subway ride etc. The app for my bank has a two-factor authentication feature so when I log in using my email, it will either send me an email with the 6 digit code, or text it to my phone. I usually prefer email. Works every time–no problems.
However on this eventful 02/28, I noticed that when I tried to log in, no email with the six digit code was getting sent to me. So I thought at first it was an email issue. I went and sent an email to this account using my separate email account(Yahoo). The yahoo email was received just fine so it clearly wasn’t an email issue.

So on Friday 02/07 as I was getting ready to go to work, I noticed that my YouTube tv bill had been paid using the card I’ve designated for QCC refund.😳 That can only mean that the deposit has come in because I purposefully keep that checking account low. I hide my money in the savings account, literally😂, and only move some to checking when I need it–TI stuff you’ll never comprehend😂
I also was able to transfer $25 from the same checking account to my Apple Pay this morning so all indications are that the refund has been deposited.
However, as for the actual amount that was deposited, or even what my actual balance is as of now, I have zero idea because I can’t log into my account.🙄 Somehow, the bank app is not sending a six digit code to my email–some tech “glitch” that just popped up last week. I’m not going to apportion any blame here but I will say this, there has been A LOT of chicanery over the years from this bank in question and the website hosting company that manages the email account in question. I’m just going to leave it at that.😂 I’ll call the bank and the website hosting company this weekend to find out what the hell has been going on with this two-factor authentication drama, and then share it here.
I’d also be remiss if I didn’t point out that one of the biggest complaints from targeted individuals, apart from the incessant stalking, is the constant hacking of their electronic devices and web spaces, and specifically, that it is infragard that illegally does such harassment. Is this just a legitimate tech glitch (no six digit code emailed) or is it just the latest attack by infragard on a TI?
Think about that, fresh from STEALING a targeted individual’s food stamps, now they lock him out of his college financial aid funds. None of these “problems” existed before they knew the financial aid $$ was on the way.🙄

A little bit too convenient, don’t you think?🤷 And speaking of “convenient”, the iphone where I have the said bank card stored for Apple Pay purchases just “mysteriously died” last Saturday on my way to school. I had to spend almost $300 on a new one. Jot that term folks– “negative blows”. You’ll run into it in the near future–hopefully a Church-type committee.🙏🙏
I woke up on Wednesday 07/17/24 feeling very well. In the back of my mind, I had cleared all the hurdles I needed to clear to settle into the NY state housing facility (name withheld, in keeping with our anti-doxxing policy) I had been assigned to. Remember, as I stated in my previous post, I moved to NYC from Houston in January 2024.
Rent is astronomically higher in NYC as compared to Houston Texas, so you don’t expect some TI, already financially sabotaged in Houston, to all of a sudden, afford some decent housing in NYC, right? Right, so relax, I had to seek help from NY state re housing.😂 And if it will make you feel any better, I’ve never sought/received state housing assistance before moving to NYC.
Anyway, back to the story. I was feeling very well on this particular day, and was looking forward to the next chapter–enrolling my kids into NY schools, and finally getting back on the job by taking advantage of the after school childcare programs.
Such programs are usually not available in the Summer so it’s hard for me to work–can’t maintain a work schedule, and the shelter staff is NOT trying to help🙄😂. So I’m basically resigned to working proper after the Fall semester begins–and will most likely be dirt broke by then–per “the program plan.”🙄
I dropped my 13 year old at Summer Camp downstairs and left my 16 year old at home (facility rules allow that). I left the residence at about 10 am and stopped by the nearby gas station to use the ATM machine and grab some coffee. After that I took a seat at an empty bench in the park adjacent to the store. I was having a moment of serenity, which almost never happens for a targeted individual (TI), thanks to the constant gangstalking🙄😂.
As you might have expected, the serenity was short-lived, as this suspicious character all of a sudden showed up–a young Hispanic dude. He came and stood quite close to where I was seated, and started looking at his phone in a manner suggesting that he was looking for me/trying to locate me. He was raising his face to look at me, and then looking back at his phone–cointelpro stuff🙄. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and ignored him–went back to my favorite pass time–fooling around on Twitter/X.😂
So the guy walked away and about five minutes later, he came back, only this time, he sat right next to where I was seated, like really close, even though there were many other open seats to pick from at the park🙄. At this point, all my TI radar systems were going off. It was crystal clear at that point that dude was on a cointelpro harassment mission. And just so you know, usually when this happens, there’s some Deep State guy at the park putting him up to this, while he watches. That’s usually how it works, unfortunately.
So with my serenity/peace broken by the cointelpro dude, I gathered my stuff and moved to a nearby bench–a scarcely populated one of course😂. I was visibly upset when I moved to the other bench, which was a rookie mistake on my part because that is what the gangstalking program feeds on. Once they KNOW that you are upset/rattled, word goes out to the “network” and they double down/pile on. Remember the objective is usually to cause the targeted individual to snap and react violently or otherwise break the law–entrapment. As an experienced, targeted individual, I should have known better and masked my disappointment/ anger at the annoying park cointelpro dude.🤔
Anyway, my plan that day was to go put an application at FJC Security company, which provides security at the housing facility we currently live in. They hire just about anybody–I probably shouldn’t say that, but you get the drift😂. The FJC story is a whole different chapter unto itself, though😂. Can you believe that in the one month I have been at this housing facility, I’ve asked several of the FJC employees at the facility where I need to go to fill out an application but get this, NONE OF THEM knows where the office is, or the website to apply😳. How weird is that? Or are they not real FJC employees? TI stuff for real here, folks😂.
So I basically just Google search and guess which FJC office to visit on any particular day. Nothing has worked so far, and the listed phone numbers go unanswered🙄. Anyway, the plan for 071724 was to visit the FJC at 1680 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan.
So I got my route plan ready and headed for the F train at 179 Jamaica St. The subway route is F train to Lexington & 63rd, then walk up to 59th street to take the #6 to 103rd street. 1680 Lexington is like two blocks from there–straight shot.
So I got on the F train and took a seat. A few moments later, boom, this military camo guy pops up right in front of me. Here’s the dude on the F train on 07/17 on my way to the mysterious FJC offices–more secret than the CIA itself😂
Impossible to ignore/miss him😂. In the video, (private due to our strict anti-doxxing policies), you can see that the train is practically empty at that point, so dude has many seating options but makes sure to sit right in front of me, where I can’t miss him🤔).
Remember, in my previous writings, either on this blog or on Twitter/X, I’ve always postulated that the TI program is essentially run by the military(and their subcontractors of course). So the gangstalking folks know that you are sensitized to military paraphernalia (clothes, license plates, insignia etc). That is why camo dude came and sat right in front of me where I can’t miss/ignore him.
This happens a lot, by the way, especially on the subway rides–classic organized stalking. This is just one classic example on 07/03/24–on my way to PATH to fill out a new application after we got denied housing the night before. Camo dude knows I’m upset that day for having been denied housing the night before, and even though train is empty, makes sure to sit right in front of me. Get it now?🤔

I usually do a pan view on the videos when the cointelpro stuff is going on to catch the “innocent bystanders”🙄–usually the ones running the operation. Im not going to make any accusations here, but the two white guys on the end have Deep State written all over them😂🤷♀️. Are they legit F train passengers? We report, you decide. This time I used my experienced TI skills and just kept calm, with my eyes fixed on my Twitter/X– except for the little recording phase of course😂.
I got off the train at Lexington & 63rd and as I hit the escalator, boom, look who rushed right in front of a TI. No way you can miss that even if you tried😂 Out of control organized stalking. You’re probably going, “You really shouldn’t be complaining about that view. You know you were low-key enjoying it.”😂
In a previous post, I wrote about how the group/gang stalking has a functional purpose over and above the harass ment, especially when it comes to vehicular stalking. Well, that’s the same with when the TI is walking on the street. They have a group of people follow the TI–literally gangstalkers😂–with the sensitization agent in the mix–in this case the camo lady who pulls up in front of me at the escalator, in a manner that I can’t miss her. It’s not a coincidence, even though it may appear so to the general public. Same thing with cars.
As expected, nothing came out of my visit to the FJC office in Manhattan. The FJC Security receptionist I met at the building told me the company is no longer there and then interestingly, that she DIDN’T know where I could go apply. What the hell is going on with super secret FJC? People work there but have zero clue as to where to put an application? Never seen that before😂
So I turned around to go back home. I got home at about 3 pm to pick my daughter from Summer Camp. A little after I picked her and settled in, boom, this email from Kingsborough Community College(KCC) urging me to apply for the Spring semester because I had failed to submit 3 things–the $70 application fee, official transcripts from Lee College in Baytown, TX and transcripts from my high school. I have records showing that I paid the $70 application fee way back in April and submitted transcripts from Lee College. The only thing I’m missing is the high school transcript. My records at KCC however, don’t show ANY😳of the submitted records. How weird is that? Where did the payment and the transcript go? Shadow government?😂It’s also very hard to get someone from KCC admissions on the phone to discuss this issue. I sent emails to admission office recently but zero response on the payment or receipt of the Lee College transcripts. Folks, this TI is NOT wanted at Kingsborough Community College for real😂, and now they are asking me to apply for Spring 2025–pay another $70 that may ALSO disappear without a trace–daylight robbery of TIs🤦♀️. I wrote about KCC Gate in an earlier post.
This email from CUNY doesn’t exactly jive with the organized stalking theme of this post but I use it to elaborate on the piling-on aspect of the targeting program. It has been my experience that on days like 07/17, when their cointelpro operations are evident, other seemingly unrelated “bad things” happen too, almost in a coordinated fashion–added “soft blows” if you will, because in their minds, you are in a vulnerable state of mind–about to snap from the stress🙄.
Oh, and by the way, while at PATH waiting to be served (very long wait), student loan servicer Nelnet also shoots me an email saying I’m past due on my payment. This is also why I found the late night denial of my housing application quite interesting. The letter is dated 07/17 so the decision was made during business hours–probably when all the other cointelpro stuff was going on😂. Also interestingly, it was hand delivered to me after 9 pm, even though I had been in my room since 3 pm. Turns out one must appeal the decision the same day they received the denial notice and before 9 pm. Was the post-9pm notice a coincidence? We report, you decide. In the first denial, they left the notice with my 16 year old son RIGHT AFTER I had stepped out of the building, and never told him to tell me that I had to appeal before 9 pm that night. I found that out on my visit to PATH the following morning. Now on 07/17/24 they deliver the notice to me, but after 9 pm🙄. The same intake lady that was involved in the previous notice incident is also neck-deep involved in the latest post-9 pm notice🙄😂. Hey, we report, you decide.🤷♀️
Here’s a closing note re organized stalking for those still new to the concept. It’s ALL about a play on the targeted individual’s perception. What does that mean? Just because the camo guys & gal pictured above are in military camo gear doesn’t necessarily mean they have anything to do with the military. Three minutes later, at 1043 hrs in downtown Houston, a targeted individual “randomly” runs into a pack of luxury cars (see dossier item #1) and a Chevy truck with pro-police paraphernalia/decals (see dossier item #5) plus a U.S. Marines decal on the tailgate. The downtown luxury vehicles gang features a Lexus SUV, a BMW SUV, and a Range Rover SUV. The BMW SUV by the way, has “MV” plates(see dossier item #2). Come on now, you know what time it is. It’s organized stalking time.

A few seconds later, still at 1059 hrs, this black Chevy SUV gets on a targeted individual’s ass. Bumper-to-bumper the hell out of the targeted individual. So you say, “That’s no big deal. Happens all the time on Houston freeways.” That’s what you said, right? Well turns out when I moved over to let him through, he/she was not your random aggressive driver. Bottom line, the whole idea behind organized stalking is to keep the target under 24/7 fear of being followed. This is Wednesday 02/08/23. I am headed to work in Texas City from my North Houston home. I have to be at work by 7pm.
Left the house and boom, ran and into this Mercedes and Jeep on Rankin street towards Interstate I-45 South at about 1637 hrs (4:37p). To you, this is just a Mercedes and a Jeep going down the street, that a targeted individual randomly bumped into, right? Wrong. First of all, the Mercedes and Jeep are together, and they did not just pop up randomly. They showed up in front of a targeted individual because they know he associates them with stalking agents(see line one of the sensitization dossier below–luxury vehicles). They are both on an organized stalking mission.
So a targeted individual stops at a red light on Rankin and Kuykendahl, and look at who else the targeted individual randomly runs into. An orange SUV with “NP” plates. That’s totally random, right? Wrong. The SUV with the NP plates is there because he knows you associate NP plates with stalking(see line two of sensitization dossier). The Mercedes, Jeep and orange SUV are all together on an organized stalking mission
So the red light turns green and look who pops up next to the orange SUV. Surprise, surprise, white BMW SUV–also on the sensitization dossier. As stated earlier, it’s all one stalking pack.
A few moments later at 1645 hrs, look who else pops up, a white Audi SUV and another Jeep. Just random cars on the Houston freeway, right? Wrong. Notice they are both on the sensitization dossier(see line 1-luxury cars). The white Audi in particular has Louisiana plates, which is a separate item on the dossier(see line 6)–just in case you had any doubts that he/she’s on an organized stalking mission.
At 1651 hrs look who “randomly” joins the pack. The red Honda sedan with an “M” license plate. I have the license plates blurred for now because I don’t want to give Deep State an excuse to scream illegal doxxing, and thereby wiggle themselves out of accountability for what is clearly an organized stalking operation here in Houston Texas. The white Audi SUV(see sensitization dossier item 1) is right in front of the red Honda sedan(dossier item #2) so they are both in on it. Right in front of the white Audi, is a Lexus SUV with Oklahoma plates, which also jives with sensitization dossier item #1.
At 1659 hrs, still on IH-45 South, look who a targeted individual “randomly” runs into. This SUV with Florida plates(see dossier item #6)
A minute later, at 1700 hrs, this Tesla pops up with an “MV” license plate(fits both dossier item #1 & #2). Lord have mercy, a TI can’t catch a break.
At 1707 hrs, still on I-45 South, look who a targeted individual “randomly” runs into–this Chevy truck with “MV” plates with the silver Ford SUV. The Chevy truck clearly fits dossier item #2 but the silver Ford SUV is not on the dossier. So why am I including the silver Ford SUV in this post? It has been my experience over the years that there are a lot of Ford vehicles in the gangstalking packs. Not exactly sure why that’s the case, but a certain federal agency has been rumored to operate using Fords, so I make a habit of including them in my recordings even though they technically don’t fit into the sensitization dossier.

I have teased for a long time about putting together a potentially award-winning series of posts that will prove once and for all that organized stalking, which is treated largely as a conspiracy theory by many, is a real thing, a real torture tactic used by our intel agencies(read Deep State) to destroy/neutralize political dissidents, whistleblowers, etc. Remember, what I’m about to demonstrate is just vehicular stalking, but there are other stalking tactics they employ on targeted individuals in addition to that–grocery store mobbing, work place mobbing etc that I will cover in a later installment.
Like a good researcher, rather than rush out a lukewarm product, I decided to take my time, gather up my research material, and then produce a quality product. After years of painstaking research and observation(5 years), I believe I’m finally able to produce a very convincing document proving that organized stalking is a real thing–at least to a reasonable observer.
Organized stalking is only considered a conspiracy theory because nobody has ever gone out of their way to illustrate in detail, exactly how it works, so I will.
The key word you have to remember when dealing with organized stalking is “sensitization”. The stalkers will follow you repeatedly using different ‘stimuli’–vans, cars with certain license plates, trucks–and then lay in wait for you to “tell them” which one of the stimuli you identify as a stalking agent, or put another way, which one of the stimuli you are “sensitized” to.
Typically when someone fears that they are being stalked, they will reach out to someone(relative, police, etc) for help. The stalkers listen in on every communication the target has, so they can find out which of their stalking stimuli the target is sensitized to. If for example, you call your mom and complain about vans stalking you, then they’ll know you are sensitized to vans, and from then on, expect to see a lot of vans following you. Nowadays, with the advent of artificial intelligence(AI), especially as it relates to the neurological field, they may not even need your input. They may infer, with great accuracy, what you perceive(think of) as stalking agents, and then bombard you 24/7 with that–one of the abuses of AI that needs to be exposed. The idea behind organized stalking is to keep the target in a constant state of fear that they are being stalked. So because you singled out vans, they make you see vans all day long.
In my particular case I did probably the worst thing a targeted individual(TI)can ever do–file a federal lawsuit complaining about the stalking. This is the worst move for a TI because by describing in detail what you perceive as stalking, you literally give the stalkers a blueprint of what you are sensitized to, allowing them to stalk the hell out of you with whatever you’ve revealed to them that you are sensitized to.
In my federal lawsuit, Nyabwa v DOD(sometime in 2017 or 18), which I still vividly remember, I explained in detail how I’m constantly followed by luxury cars–Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, Volkswagen, Infinitis, Teslas, Jaguars, Porsche, Jeeps, and how most of the cars had licence plates with “M”, “MP”, and “MV” which I at the time assumed had something to do with the military–“military police” or “military vehicles”. I also remember singling out cars with paper plates following me, cars with disabled veterans plates(DV) and hanging disabled veterans decals, cars with “FP” licence plates which at the time I assumed was “federal police”. I will find the actual document from federal court and post it here so we can exhaust all the stalking stimuli I had been sensitized to.
After filing my federal lawsuit, which was dismissed of course, I took to Twitter to lament the ways they had changed their stalking strategy as a result of my lawsuit–in essence, added to my list of stalking stimuli. They are also using unidentifiable federal agents to STALK/HARASS activists of color in cities across the U.S. for their political speech. These #gangstalkers also need to be UNMASKED so people know which agency they are working for#TheResistance#SundayThoughts#FBRParty
As you can see from the tweet, I added other stimuli that I had not listed in the federal lawsuit. For example, I indicated that they had moved on from “MV” licence plates to “NV”, that I was seeing a lot vehicles with Texas A&M decals(which I associated with human experimemtation/research), that I was being followed by trucks, cars with pro-police paraphernalia(thin blue line), cars with plates from Louisiana and Florida which I associated with Military Special Forces, big rigs(18 wheelers which I assumed from 60 minutes special, were used for directed energy weapons attacks) and box trucks, and on and on.
So if you were to make a dossier of the stimuli you could reasonably infer from my federal lawsuit and Twitter account that I had been sensitized to, it would look something like this;

(3) Cars with disabled veteran plates(DV) and hanging disabled veterans decals
(4) Cars with Texas A&M decals
(5) Cars with pro–police paraphernalia(thin blue line etc)
(6) Cars with LA & FL plates
(7) Big rigs(18 wheelers) and box trucks
The last thing we must delve into before exploring the actual video is how exactly they accomplish the vehicular stalking. It has been my experience that they have the target followed by a group of cars at every time–essentially gangstalking. Contrary to a lot of explanations you see on the internet re gangstalking however, it is not done purely for harassment purposes. From my observation(5 years experience), there’s a real, functional purpose for the gangstalking, and that is, masking. They use the cars in the gang to mask/hide the stalking agents, so that everything appears as regular traffic to the rest of the public.
So for example, when I leave my house, a group of cars(10 or more)will start trailing me, but hidden within that group/gang, are 2 or 3 cars specifically tailored to my stalking (MV, MP plates etc). As the gang approaches your car, the stalking agents pull up in front or on the side of your car, and make sure they are positioned where you can see their plates. The gang hides/masks the stalking that is really going on. All this appears as “regular traffic” to the casual observer, when it’s absolutely not. It’s a pack/gang of stalkers. It took me years to figure out that the cars around the stalking agents are also in on it–it’s a pack.
For the record, other theories have been advanced by people I respect, regarding the purpose for gangstalking. One theory is that they attack people with directed energy weapons(DEWs) during the gangstalking incidents. I don’t want anybody to mistake my observations here as some kind of a rebuke of the DEWs theory. While I agree with the DEWs theory, it’s not something I can prove here. My sole purpose here(chasing greatness), is to prove that organized stalking is a real thing, so I will focus on that. Maybe later, I will delve into the DEWs angle. I hope readers also come out of this with a clear distinction between gangstalking and organized stalking. Any group of thugs can pull off gangstalking. Organized stalking on the other hand, is much more sophisticated, and requires central command, coordinating how different groups in different areas of town are supposed to handle the target. While gangstalking is only a nuisance, organized stalking, done right, and over a sustained period, is capable of driving someone insane–feeling like you’re being followed 24/7–probably what they did to actress Jean Seberg, leading her to suicide.

06/10/2022–Strangely, similar follow up letters I mailed certified on 06/04/2022 to DOJ-IG, DHS-IG, DOD-IG are STILL at the Houston post office as of this morning(6 days). Hmm, STRANGE indeed!!
***Remember, these are all CERTIFIED letters that were supposed to be at their destinations on 06/08/2022 per USPS receipts***What’s up with that USPS?
***Stopped by said USPS to inquire about this STRANGE delay development, and was given a customer service number “if problem persists”. Something to do with the fact that I mailed the letters through the self-service kiosk, as opposed to going through a live counter rep***Was told sometimes the tracking history appears when the letter is scanned at the destination warehouse, or something to that effect***

If you are a Texan, all you have to do is go the Senator’s website and click on the “For Texans” section for help with whatever federal agency. They will have you sign off on a form like this, basically authorizing his office to ask the federal agency on your behalf. A very handy resource for poor folk

01/15/2023–Bombshell revelation by independent journalist Matt Taibbi on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures show w/Maria Bartiromo, that numerous federal agencies, including the FBI, DHS, DOD, and even the CIA(yup, you read that right-the CIA), routinely requested Twitter to “take action” on certain accounts. This was apparently done under the auspices of the “Foreign Interference Task Force”.
This is super important in my particular case because I’ve always known that my problems began when my social media accounts(FB & Twitter) were summarily shut down in late 2016 and early 2017, while living and working in Corpus Christi Texas. I’ve had problems with these accounts ever since(extreme shadowbanning) plus constant surveillance. It is therefore reasonable to conclude that my problems are directly related to FITF. Hmm

08/30/2023–***Unrelated but major event. A few days after beginning work on my organizing stalking project posts(the first one published on 08/25), YouTube pretextually shut down my account(Emoluments Clause) on 08/30/23. I have mused for years about how the YouTube account had been the subject of shadowbans and shutdown intents. It’s just funny that a few days after starting the organized stalking posts, they finally did it. Now, usually when they suspend one of your YouTube accounts over “copyright infringements”, it can extend to your other YouTube accounts too. We’ll see what happens, but my expectation is that my gangstalking channel will also be a victim of the takedown. In that case, I’ll have to move to Rumble–I had anticipated such action from Deep State, so kept a lot of my raw vids stored locally on my machines, as opposed to posting on YouTube and deleting them***More on this topic later, but just goes to show you how freaked out they are about the organized stalking “conspiracy theory”. 09/21/2023–***An unrelated but quite relevant tweet in the directed energy weapons realm. The author lists several declassified patents that deal with these weapon systems. Importantly, he points out that these are just the declassified ones. DARPA still has technology that is not out there to the general public. Bottom line, no reasonable person can continue dismissing claims by targeted individuals as absolute fantasies. There’s clearly something there there. The only thing left now is a full blown congressional inquiry***Remember, it’s not the human testing that is inherently torturous. 03/31/24–Bombshell 60 Minutes segment says Russia is behind the directed energy attacks that have caused Havana Syndrome among some U.S. diplomats. Why is this important? The segment appears to confirm that there is an actual directed energy weapon(DEW) that can be deployed on people, leaving them with traumatic brain injury(TBI).
