Targeted Individuals And Financial Sabotage

As I’ve stated in earlier posts, I moved to NYC from Houston in January 2024. Because of the very high housing rent prices in NYC, I had to seek housing assistance. When I initially arrived in NYC I was by myself(kids with my brother in Houston). They had just began the Spring semester so I didn’t want to yank them out of school. I figured it would be better to bring them during the Summer break

Anyway, I got assigned to a housing facility in Brooklyn which caters for single men. The good thing about this housing facility is that they had an in-house work program where residents could earn money for as much as nine months to a year, tax free(no uncle sam deductions😳).

The only thing they took out of your weekly paycheck was about $160 which, from my understanding, went to your room & board, and some other $30-$40 which they saved for you. The $30-40 dollar saving was available to the resident upon completion of the program, or if they decided to leave the facility for any reason.

I brought my kids from Houston in mid June, which meant I could no longer stay at the single men facility in Brooklyn. They had to move me to a family facility. One week prior to my kid’s arrival, I had a sit-down with the program Director at the Brooklyn facility and my assigned case worker, where I explained to them that I could no longer stay there because I had my kids coming. The program Director, told my case worker, right in front of me, to make sure that my savings $$ would be available for me the following week when I was about to leave the facility.

***So I call Monday morning 07/22 and the cashier lady(Ms Joyce) tells me that “it looks like it hasn’t been sent out yet” and that she will send an email follow up to see what the hold up is. I went there Monday the previous week, signed some form, and was told to expect payment by the end of the week(last week). Now it’s Monday of a new week, and the money hasn’t even been sent. Remember, this is MY EARNED MONEY, not some benefit I’m requesting from the state, and yet I have to chase people around for it. To you, that’s normal stuff but take it from this experienced TI, it is absolutely not. Just another “soft blow” organized crimes perpetrated against targeted individuals. At this point, I might as well write off this money because it may be weeks, even months, before I get it 🤦‍♀️MY MONEY, for which I gave advance notice prior to leaving😳!!***There should be ZERO reason for this cat & mouse game more than A MONTH after the fact***Stay tuned, folks. Interesting Monday 07/15. Finally went to Gates to inquire about my check(savings). Told that the reason they didn’t pay was coz I had to sign some form which I did today. She apparently has been calling my 832 phone to have me come and sign the document🙄. Cooking At McDonalds On Atlantic Avenue On 060624

On 06/06/24 I took a day off from work to attend an important appointment (housing related) at NYCHA on 787 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. My appointment was set for 12 pm.

Sometimes in April, I had submitted an application for public housing with NYCHA so they set me up for an appointment on 06/06/24. At the appointment I was told my application was on file and that I really didn’t need to do anything. I was advised however to apply for an HCV Section 8 voucher because “they had opened it up” recently and that the “window would close in a few days.”

For those of you rich types who don’t know anything about HCV Section 8 vouchers, it is the creme de la creme of public housing because it is a federal program. This means you can get an HCV voucher in NYC and move to Texas, or any other state, and use it there for an apartment, house etc. So it turned out to be a very productive outing in terms of clarification. What I had applied for in April was apparently “public housing”, which is different from HCV Section 8.

So they gave me an application packet for HCV and told me to fill it out and mail it before 06/28. There was a McDonalds a stone throw away from the NYCHA office, so I walked in there, bought me a cup of coffee and apple pie and got busy with the application packet. Interestingly, there was a line in the application packet saying it’s better to do an online application so I fired up my laptop and got busy.

Next thing I know, boom, this guy shows up on the scene and sat right in front of me(Chinese descent, or at least I thought). TI radar went off immediately😂. It’s not a racist thing. Targeted individuals know exactly what I’m talking about. When the crooks show up on the scene, you just know it, even though you can’t prove it empirically, or in a court of law. So I just continued with the HCV application even though I must admit, I was getting weird vibes from Chinatown😂. It is what it is.🤷

Midway through my application, I paused and got on my phone. I started tweeting a bunch of stuff about how the CCP is harassing dissidents in the U.S. and stuff like that. A little while after that, the guy got up and left.

As soon as he left, this Black guy with a limp(veteran vibes) came in and took Chinatown’s exact spot. A few minutes after the Black guy sat down, I wished Chinatown never left😂. With Chinatown I was just uncomfortable. With the Black dude, I don’t know what kind of Medusa he had on, but I got really hot–sweating. McDonalds had cold AC on, so there was no other explanation for the sudden heat.

So because I was seated right in front of him, I moved sideways a little bit to get away from his “line of fire”–literally😂. The slight shift sideways helped a lot in terms of the heating sensation, but then another Black dude(also military/deep state vibes) came in and took a spot directly in front of me, but about two tables back. Next thing I know, the heat is back on.

I had to finish the application so I just braved through the uncomfortable session. Luckily the HCV online application is pretty simple and straightforward so I didn’t have to take too long with it. I was ready to get out of the sauna😂

So I finished the HCV application and started gathering my things to go, and the Black guy right in front of me also got up to leave. What are the odds?

Bottom line, folks at a recent congressional hearing, three experts all testified that the CIA is not being truthful about what it knows about directed energy attacks both at home and abroad. I totally agree with the testimony of these three experts, which is why I am beginning to chronicle some of my “strange” experiences. What is it that would make somebody hot and sweaty in a cold AC establishment? Is it a microwave weapon? Am I a test subject in some classified radiation/DEW experiment? Are the Russians and Chinese after me for being a loudmouth on Twitter/X?

Or is it the new theory being bandied about–that DEWs are essentially an entrapment tool? The attacks are remote, via satellites, but are done in a manner to make a TI think it’s someone near them doing it? Quite a plausible theory, I will admit🤷‍♀️. However, as slick as that sounds, it still leaves out the burning question as to the health effects targets are left with. What are the health effects on the targets of such attacks?

These and many other questions are what I would like to see ODNI address in light of the bombshell CIA coverup allegations. Until U.S. intel decides to come clean on DEWs, all we can do is borrow Fox News’ motto–“We Report, You Decide.”🤷
